What you will do:

  • Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and clients—hosting discovery calls, managing communications, drafting contracts (SOWs/CCRs), and addressing inquiries or obstacles with proactive solutions.
  • Monitor and report project progress through tools like Jira or Wrike, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and manage risks to ensure alignment with timelines and standards.
  • Support onboarding and training efforts by coordinating with cross-functional teams, creating process maps, translating client requirements into solutions, and capturing customer satisfaction data for feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 5+ years in project/program management and 3–5 years in digital advertising, agency, or related environments.
  • Strong technical proficiency in ad tech (CPM, CPA, RTB, programmatic, Google Analytics, AdWords), API integrations, workflow systems, and business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with formal project management training or certification preferred.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive under pressure.
