As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in overseeing and supporting a high-performing call center team, ensuring excellent customer service and driving business success
Job Description:
The role of a Team Leader in a BPO is dynamic and requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure that both team and organizational goals are achieved.
- Identify training needs and organize training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
- Provide continuous coaching and support to team members.
- Implement action plans to address performance gaps and improve overall team productivity.
- Ensure that the team provides excellent customer service and effectively handles customer inquiries and complaints.
Qualifications:
- With 2 years of supervisory experience
- With experience in starting a new team/new process in a BPO industry
- With experience in Hotel Reservation experience or a travel support account (Booking.Com, Traveloka, Klook, Agoda, Expedia, and the like)
- Willing to work onsite (Makati) and can start immediately
