Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist (5+ years' experience) to work remotely from the Philippines, collaborating closely with our local and international sales teams, graphic designers, architects, and project designers. This role demands a highly creative and analytical individual who can tailor data-driven marketing strategies, optimize digital campaigns, and engage high-net-worth clients through compelling content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Multi-Channel Campaigns: Create and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) to generate high-quality leads for our real estate projects.

• Work Closely with the Sales Team: Collaborate with our local and international sales teams to tailor ads based on customer insights, sales trends, and target market behaviors. Adjust campaigns dynamically to optimize conversions.

• Coordinate with the Graphics Design Team: Provide creative direction to our in-house graphic designers to ensure high-impact visuals, videos, and renderings align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

• Engage with Architects & Designers: Liaise with our architects and project designers to ensure marketing materials include the latest renderings, 3D walkthroughs, and interior/exterior designs for ongoing projects.

• Innovate & Test New Campaigns: Develop unique and engaging marketing campaigns, including virtual tours, influencer collaborations, interactive content, and storytelling-based ads that resonate with potential buyers and investors.

• SEO & Content Marketing: Optimize website and landing pages for search engines, implement blogging and content marketing strategies, and enhance overall organic visibility.

• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement, lead generation, and ROI.

• Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep up to date with digital marketing best practices, new advertising tools, and emerging trends in the real estate and luxury property market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate, luxury goods, or high-end services.

• Proven expertise in digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, YouTube Ads).

• Strong background in SEO, content marketing, and social media growth strategies.

• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, design, and architecture teams.

• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
