We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR and Finance Administrative Associate to support our HR, finance, and administrative operations. Success in this role means ensuring accurate and timely financial records, compliance with government requirements, and seamless coordination across departments. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency and supporting overall business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee government benefits including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions and filings
- Oversee general HR functions including recruitment processes, onboarding, payroll, employee records management, policy implementation, and employee engagement
- Supervise and mentor interns, providing guidance and feedback to support their development
- Maintain accurate HR records and conduct employee onboarding and documentation
- Accurately perform data entry, record-keeping, and financial documentation filing
- Conduct monthly sales and expense reports to support financial planning and decision-making
- Reconcile financial data before uploading into NetSuite or other accounting software
- Follow up on accounts receivable and support collection efforts
- Handle finance audits and maintain compliance with internal and external requirements
- Handle administrative tasks such as government document processing, accreditations, and support for other departments (e.g., purchasing, logistics, inventory)
- Pick up and deposit sales or expense-related funds as needed
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant office experience in a similar role
- College graduate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Experience using accounting software (NetSuite preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
- Fully vaccinated
- Must reside near Pasig City office
