Job Title: Project Coordinator (Project-based) - 2 Year Contract

Location: Central Luzon

Role Overview

Supports daily project operations, manages schedules and reports, coordinates with vendors and clients, and ensures all permits and documents are up to date.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Preparation of the project update reports for the project team and steering committee
  2. Coordination of the daily office operations and admin support
  3. Schedule and manage of project related meetings and appointments
  4. Collaboration with different OEM suppliers with multiple countries to work with
  5. Communicate with CCEP counterparts
  6. Liaison of permits with different government institutions
  7. Managing multiple meetings with different teams like project work streams, OEM vendors, contractors and other CCEAP teams
  8. Communication failure with different OEM vendors to collaborate with

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Must be willing to be based within Central Luzon Region
  • Must be willing for a 2-Year Contract
  • 5-10 years experience in beverage production lines and machine installations
  • With preferred experience in construction process and auxiliary/utility installations
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
