Requirements

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in procurement, vendor management, supply chain, or purchasing.
  • Experience in contract negotiations, cost analysis, and supplier relationship management.
  • Background in logistics, fulfillment, or warehouse operations is a plus.
    • Technical Skills:
      • High proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and Google Sheets, for data analysis and reporting.
      • Familiarity with procurement or supply chain management software is an advantage.
      • Strong financial acumen with experience in cost modeling, budgeting, and expense tracking.
    • Negotiation & Vendor Management:
      • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and pricing.
      • Ability to assess vendor capabilities, ensuring service quality, compliance, and cost efficiency.
      • Resourceful in identifying alternative suppliers and optimizing purchasing strategies.
      • Experience in resolving supplier disputes and ensuring contract adherence.
    • Analytical & Strategic Thinking:
      • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven, cost-conscious mindset.
