Your Role:

  • Oversee fleet issuance, scheduling, and daily operations
  • Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
  • Troubleshoot minor vehicle issues and coordinate with auto repair shops for major repairs
  • Assess repair needs, verify service quality, and manage repair costs within budget
  • Manage vehicle documentation, insurance policies, and renewals
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and usage

Skills and Qualifications:
