Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and provide direct support to the HR team in areas such as payroll and timekeeping, employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.

• Act as a trusted advisor and first point of escalation for employee concerns, promoting fair and consistent resolution aligned with Boomering’s values.

• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures across departments.

• Champion the performance management cycle by supporting leaders and employees with performance reviews, development plans, and ongoing feedback processes.

• Monitor HR metrics (e.g., attendance, turnover, employee satisfaction) and use data-driven insights to recommend improvements.

• Maintain accurate HR documentation and oversee the integrity of employee records within Boomering’s HRIS.

• Lead initiatives that support employee engagement, wellness, and a strong workplace culture.

• Facilitate internal HR-related training sessions and support leadership with policy interpretation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR processes with business needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory capacity

• Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and employment regulations

• Proven leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills

• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism

• Experience working in a BPO or outsourcing environment is a plus

• Familiarity with HRIS systems and standard office tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoho People)
