Job Description
- Responsible for managing seamless supply chain operations of the business.
- Oversees demand and supply planning, inventory management and control, order management and logistics operations.
- Aligns the company's Supply Chain Business priorities with Integrated Logistics CCAC/SCM to ensure on time delivery of goods to dealers.
- Provides related critical management information and solutions to stakeholders.
- Communicate with senior executives across the organization to ensure that supply and logistics strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall corporate objectives.
- Manage inventory levels across warehouses and distribution centers, optimizing stock levels to meet demand while minimizing storage costs.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics like lead times, inventory turnover, and transportation costs.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Oversee the overall supply and logistics budget; monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and prioritize spending.
- Establish targets in areas such as transit and delivery times; inventory levels; purchasing, warehousing, and storage costs; and service standards and monitor the performance of all supply and logistics activities against these goals.
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop Supply Chain team to ensure that the organization's supply chain strategy is implemented effectively, consistently, and according to established guidelines and budgets
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or Business Administration major in logistics or supply chain management (preferred) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain management leading a strategic business unit and in a shared services setup.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and data analysis tools.
