Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions within our organization. This role is instrumental in aligning HR practices with business objectives, cultivating a positive work culture, and driving organizational growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in human resources, proven leadership experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Your Responsibilities

  • HR Strategy & Policy Development Design and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, ensuring timely and effective hiring processes across departments.
  • Performance Management & Employee Relations Develop and manage performance appraisal systems, handle employee concerns, and maintain a strong, supportive work environment.
  • Compensation & Benefits Oversee payroll, compensation structures, and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and compliance.
  • Training & Development Drive employee development initiatives, from onboarding to continuous learning programs, to support career growth and skill enhancement.
  • Compliance & Risk Management Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR best practices; manage records, audits, and workplace investigations as needed.
  • HR Reporting & Analytics Monitor HR metrics and generate reports that inform strategic decisions and highlight workforce trends.

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-rounded understanding of key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
