- Oversee content creation, campaigns, and analytics to drive engagement and measure success.
- Identify trends and opportunities to amplify the platform’s presence across relevant channels.
- Manage all social media and digital platforms to recruit and engage community members
Database Management
- Manage and optimize the membership database to ensure seamless operations and personalized experiences for members.
- Implement tools and processes for member onboarding, engagement tracking, and feedback collection.
Consumer Insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage insights gathered from LuxeTalk.net members for Agility Research & Strategy’s consulting projects.
- Provide regular reports on community growth, member engagement, and partnership success.
