We have recently launched our inhouse outbound team of SDR’s and are seeking a operations professional to join our team to manage and grow the team

The Role – Sales Operations Manager - Outbound Team

The key function of this role is to manage a small and growing team across AU, MEX and SEA

You will understand the key element of successful outbound calling and be verse in the latest technologies the make up the digital sales team of today

You will be a strong manager that can lead by example. Working within a professional team within a dynamic, fast paced, high growth industry the sky's the limit for your career path in sales management.

The sales operations manager will mentor the sales team be an expert in sales reports and KPI tracking and time scheduling

Requirements

  • Extremely motivated
  • Team Player
  • Social Selling Experience
  • Have run high performance sales teams (virtual)
  • Customer service focused
  • Numerate and literate in all forms of external communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to mentor and train other team members

Qualifications

  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Experienced sales / Operations manager across multiple Geo’s
  • 5-8 years relevant work experience in B2B sales management / operations
  • Experienced in Salesforce/ Pardot/ Sales Navigator/ High Velocity Sales
  • Proficient in all presentation and conferencing tools and programmes
