What You Will Do

The Shopper Marketing Lead for Skincare Franchise is responsible for managing brand and channel sales promotion activities, customer activations and category management per channel. You are also responsible for developing sales processes and pricing models, and researching new markets and applications for volume growth. You will also facilitate the execution of marketing objectives at the channel and customer levels, strategizing and execute the 5Ps per RE to achieve maximum sales and profit-

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of shopper marketing strategies that drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative shopper marketing programs that meet business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve shopper marketing programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers and internal teams.
  • Ensure all shopper marketing programs are on-brand and aligned with overall marketing strategy.
  • Manage daily advertising and sales promotion activities, recommending product modifications or improvements to product line.
  • Provide input for the development of products and anticipate customer needs/solutions.
  • Develop sales processes and pricing models to maximize sales and profit.
  • Communicate and track short and long range sales and marketing plans, implementing marketing objectives, policies, sales organization structure, and sales and marketing programs.
  • Research new markets and applications for volume growth.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure high quality deliverables and cost-effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to marketing and sales activities.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of experience in shopper marketing or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful shopper marketing programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Experience working with retailers and other key stakeholders.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • University/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Experience working on skincare/beauty products, Watsons/E-Commerce

Desired Qualifications

  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Experience managing relationships with external vendors and agencies.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to marketing and sales activities.
  • Ability to drive innovation and creativity in marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
