In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Assist in paper screening for vacancies open to fresh graduates.
- Conduct an initial prescreening call by knowing the basic questions to be covered for candidates who passed paper screening.
- Use sourcing channels, job portals, and social networks to build a diverse candidate pool.
- Participate in sourcing events, including open houses and webinars.
- Familiarize self with common job profiles and learn ways to expand reach through alternative job titles.
- Assist in keeping the sourcing tracker updated and ensuring that all candidates have the corresponding status.

- At least 4th year BS Psychology, BA Behavioral Science or equivalent experience, other related fields in HR or Business.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills
- Basic business insight
