Job Description

  • Drive and own high-level strategic initiatives, and at the same time, hands-on with the ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
  • Manages end to end of product features covering conceptualization, design, enhancements, roll-out, post-deployment monitoring, and evaluation against product development process.
  • Analyze, align and evaluate business requirements, feasibility and value of the feature requests with both business and regional product teams in Singapore and Shenzhen to deliver a comprehensive and accurate Business Requirement Document (BRD).
  • Ensures smooth, timely, and impactful executions, continuous improvement in product management ways of working, promoting innovation and growth within the team, and drives continuous process optimizations within the organization.
  • Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) for newly implemented functions and identify and propose ways to constantly improve UAT efficiency.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test cases based on the business requirements.
  • Provide prompt updates on testing progress and clear escalation of potential risks to test completion.
  • Provide comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results and defect management for the required sign offs.
  • Plan test schedules, manpower/tester requirements, setup and configuration prior to test implementation.
  • Manage overall schedule, report risks and issues.
  • Design training materials for the affected business teams and conduct feature briefings.
  • Report bugs and errors to other product managers and development teams promptly for investigation, and ensuring close monitoring of defect resolution and retest.
  • Respond to system related queries, perform troubleshooting, and propose solutions to the reported issues.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of product management experience in financial services companies, or leading tech companies in a related industry.
  • Hands-on experience with launching and managing new product features and ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Able to communicate technical information effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, highly proactive; critical thinker; has a growth mindset; and a team player
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with customer-oriented and execution-focused mindset.
  • Strong sense of quality control and quality standards.
  • Demonstrated track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment.
  • Displays integrity and ownership over one’s work, successes, and mistakes.
