We are looking for …

Value Consultant is a strategic leadership role responsible for building strong client relationships, driving process excellence, and delivering measurable value to IDfy’s customers in the Philippines. This role ensures customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through proactive engagement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Value like a Change Agent

  • Identify and enhance the ‘value quotient’ for each client, ensuring IDfy’s solutions drive measurable impact
  • Lead transformation initiatives that make the customer processes more efficient
  • Secure customer recognition and appreciation for the value generated by IDfy
  • Drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities, increasing ARPU (Average Revenue Per User) across multiple use cases.

Build Relationships like a Client Partner

  • Develop and nurture trusted relationships with senior management across all clients
  • Act as a strategic advisor, ensuring IDfy is perceived as a reliable, indispensable partner
  • Drive exceptional customer experiences that result in positive testimonials, case studies, and strong client advocacy
  • Minimize customer churn and ensure continued use case expansion

Drive Process Change like a Scale Thinker

  • Design and implement standardized frameworks for customer success operations.
  • Establish scalable processes to monitor client project progress, enhance customer experience, and maximize delivered value.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers who leverage data-driven insights to drive client success

Who You Are:

A strategic and client-centric leader with experience in customer success, account management, or consulting

  • Proven ability to build and sustain C-suite relationships in large enterprises
  • Strong analytical and process-driven thinker with a track record of implementing scalable customer success strategies
  • A proactive and dynamic problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
