About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support the daily operations of car loan applications. This role plays a key part in ensuring loans are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with regulatory standards — while providing excellent service to brokers, credit teams, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct AML checks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Review loan applications and verify required conditions and documents.
- Maintain accurate loan data entry and system updates.
- Coordinate with brokers, credit teams, and stakeholders to facilitate timely processing.
- Prepare and issue loan contracts, respond to inquiries, and support general pipeline management.
What You Need to Succeed
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of Australian consumer asset finance.
- Experience reviewing pay slips, loan statements, and bank statements.
- Familiarity with credit policies and compliance requirements.
- High accuracy in data entry and system updates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Soft Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective time management and task prioritization.
- Customer-focused with strong teamwork abilities.
