- Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, requirements documents, and status reports
- Implement project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) appropriate to the project requirements
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of projects
- Establish and manage project schedules, dependencies, and critical paths
- Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Lead cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction and removing obstacles to success
- Facilitate productive project meetings, ensuring clear communication of objectives and action items
- Assign and prioritize tasks to team members based on skills, experience, and project needs
