Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

  • Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, requirements documents, and status reports
  • Implement project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) appropriate to the project requirements
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of projects
  • Establish and manage project schedules, dependencies, and critical paths
  • Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques

Team Leadership

  • Lead cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction and removing obstacles to success

  • Negotiate with vendors and service providers to obtain favorable terms and conditions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Additional certifications such as Agile/Scrum Master, ITIL, or Prince2 are desirable
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
  • Background in relevant technical domains (software development, infrastructure, cloud migrations, etc.)
  • Experience with project management software and tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, etc.)
