About You:

  • BA degree or equivalent required.
  • 4+ years of experience at a creative agency or design-led consumer brand.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, Midjourney, and other design software.
  • Experience with organizational tools such as Jira, Sprout, Slack, etc.
  • Experience in Digital Design, such as but not limited to: social media, paid ads, eDMs, CRMs, reels, etc.
  • A dynamic portfolio that showcases a finely tuned and nuanced aesthetic.
  • Strong in typography, design systems & visual storytelling.
  • Advanced understanding of how to apply the methodologies of interaction design and research to business problems.
  • Conceptual thinking.
  • Strong creative instincts and willingness to push further through experimentation.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Highly collaborative, driven by creative excellence.
