We're seeking a Sales Team Lead to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and coach a small team of SALES REPS virtual assistants
  • Monitor CRM activity and team KPIs daily
  • Provide daily guidance, feedback, and training to SALES REPS
  • Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely and professional manner
  • Run short daily team check-ins and weekly performance reviews
  • Assist in refining scripts, templates, and sales workflows
  • Identify conversion issues and propose solutions
  • Work closely with leadership to align sales performance with business goals
  • Serve as the point person for specialty or high-value client accounts
  • Assist with selling to long-term or larger accounts as needed
  • Handle escalations and support higher-tier client communications

What We're Looking For (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 2+ years experience in remote team leadership (sales, customer service, or BPO)
  • Expert-level proficiency in GoHighLevel software – able to tweak and optimize all steps of the sales process from lead capture to purchase and follow-up campaigns
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and CRM tools (Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and feedback skills
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to self-manage and lead by example in a remote environment
  • Bonus: Experience in training, education, or healthcare service sales
