We're seeking a Sales Team Lead to join our growing team.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and coach a small team of SALES REPS virtual assistants
- Monitor CRM activity and team KPIs daily
- Provide daily guidance, feedback, and training to SALES REPS
- Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely and professional manner
- Run short daily team check-ins and weekly performance reviews
- Assist in refining scripts, templates, and sales workflows
- Identify conversion issues and propose solutions
- Work closely with leadership to align sales performance with business goals
- Serve as the point person for specialty or high-value client accounts
- Assist with selling to long-term or larger accounts as needed
- Handle escalations and support higher-tier client communications
What We're Looking For (Required Skills/Experience):
- 2+ years experience in remote team leadership (sales, customer service, or BPO)
- Expert-level proficiency in GoHighLevel software – able to tweak and optimize all steps of the sales process from lead capture to purchase and follow-up campaigns
- Strong understanding of the sales process and CRM tools (Salesforce, GoHighLevel, or similar)
- Excellent communication, coaching, and feedback skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Ability to self-manage and lead by example in a remote environment
- Bonus: Experience in training, education, or healthcare service sales
