Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Managing Director at SEACLUB's location in General Luna. The Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including operations, staff management, guest experience, and financial performance. They will lead a team to ensure the highest standards of service and hospitality are maintained while leading the brand expansion in Siargao and other locations in the Philippines and internationally, including construction and pre-opening new properties.
Qualifications
- Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Decision-making skills
- Experience in hospitality management and operations
- Experience in Construction and contractor management, bonus for direct experience in provincial areas.
- Financial management and budgeting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Team building and staff development skills
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
