Responsibilities

  • Manage comprehensive financial records across multiple accounts using QuickBooks
  • Prepare and maintain monthly accrual-based financial statements
  • Track service-based revenue and maintain unearned revenue accounts
  • Process and categorize expenses across multiple bank accounts and credit cards
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and manage lead follow-up
  • Provide professional weekend coverage for customer support
  • Maintain detailed communication records with prospects
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping with strong understanding of accrual accounting
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and general accounting software
  • Previous customer service or lead management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Professional phone manner and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work US hours including weekend availability
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Multi-tasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Remote work experience preferred
