Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the Telecom and Transportation sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with decision-makers and influencers to position the company favorably in potential projects.
  • Understand customer needs and network requirements; provide strategic guidance, analyze pain points, and offer solutions that support business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to uncover opportunities and plan targeted marketing activities, including high-level summits and exhibitions to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Act as the Project Director (PD) or core member in key sales initiatives—leading project execution, aligning internal teams, and ensuring project goals and sales targets are met.
  • Coordinate internal resources to support project delivery and promote collaborative, high-performance team execution.
  • Participate in or lead commercial negotiations, contribute to contract structuring and clause improvements, and manage the overall sales process including issue resolution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 to 10 years of experience in Account Management within the ICT industry, ideally in the Enterprise, Carrier and transportation business segment.
  • Solid understanding of ICT products and solutions.
  • Strong technical acumen with a results-driven and consultative sales approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a customer-centric, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in English is required
