- Assist with project management and tracking.
- Liase and communicate with suppliers.
- Create and update documents, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct online research and compile information.
- Liaise with clients and team members as required.
- Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate data.
- Optimize workflows and systems for high efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office software, Notion, Chat GPT and Canva.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
