Duties and Responsibilities

A. COPY EDITING

  1. Reviews, edits, and re-writes communication materials to ensure they are free of errors, omission and inconsistency.
  2. Ensures that all communication materials adhere to corporate standards of branding, style, tone and voice.

B. CONTENT WRITING

  1. Writes content based on PPMs or other communication materials ensuring accuracy, conciseness, and readability.
  2. Translates PPMs into bite-sized communication materials.
  3. Creates audio/ video storyboards.
  4. Reviews front liner sales and aftersales spiels for all channels.
  5. Initiates to develop oneself by looking out for training and developmental opportunities.
  6. Ensures the delivery of desired output by initiating to clarify objectives and assignments.
  7. Strives toward the achievement of own KPIs.
  8. Takes stock of own progress and accountabilities.
  9. Promotes a harmonious relationship within Channel Communications.
  10. Provides clear instructions to the Content Designer.

Qualification

A. Work Experience

  1. Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in copy editing and content
  2. writing.
  3. Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in a Retail or Marketing
  4. organization.
