A. COPY EDITING
- Reviews, edits, and re-writes communication materials to ensure they are free of errors, omission and inconsistency.
- Ensures that all communication materials adhere to corporate standards of branding, style, tone and voice.
B. CONTENT WRITING
- Writes content based on PPMs or other communication materials ensuring accuracy, conciseness, and readability.
- Translates PPMs into bite-sized communication materials.
- Creates audio/ video storyboards.
- Reviews front liner sales and aftersales spiels for all channels.
- Initiates to develop oneself by looking out for training and developmental opportunities.
- Ensures the delivery of desired output by initiating to clarify objectives and assignments.
- Strives toward the achievement of own KPIs.
- Takes stock of own progress and accountabilities.

A. Work Experience
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in copy editing and content
- writing.
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in a Retail or Marketing
