Job Introduction
We are looking for a dedicated HR & Admin Executive professional to join our team. In this
role, you will be responsible for internal communications, learning and development, and
providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This position is ideal for
someone with a passion for HR, communication, and organizational skills, eager to contribute to
the success of the team and company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Internal Communications (30%)
- Organize internal engagement events and activities in alignment with the engagement plan of the Internal Communications (IC) team.
- Execute internal communications to ensure that all information is shared accurately and on time with employees.
- Facilitate communication between the PH office, Head Quarter, and other regional offices to ensure alignment and engagement across teams.
2. Learning & Development (20%)
- Conduct induction training for new hires, ensuring they are well-informed and integrated into the company.
- Support the Learning & Development team by facilitating other training programs as requested.
3. Administration (50%)
- Provide general administrative support to the Philippines office, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing company events.
- Coordinate office supplies, ensure the office is organized, and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Support People; Legal department in handling paperwork and formalities with government agencies when needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
1. Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role.
2. Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage time effectively.
3. Other Requirements
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English.
