Job Purpose: Manages the daily operational processes such as manpower planning and recruitment, employee relations and discipline, administration of benefits and compensation and supervises general administrative services and plant improvement.

1. Works collaboratively with the organizations leadership and management team in the accomplishment of the company’s goals and objectives.

2. Identifies and follows through the implementation of the approved annual manpower budget for each department.

3. Manages the recruitment process and conducts interview to applicants who passed the initial screening.

4. Ensures the acquisition and retention of performer, high potential and highly motivated employees by implementing effective human resources services, employee programs, employee relations and discipline.

5. Takes the necessary action in any deviations in the company policies and systems procedures in operation.

6. Supervises the administration of company benefits being offered such as, but not limited to annual health care availment for the qualifies employees, annual physical exam, random drug testing, uniform and ID issuance and the likes.

7. Prepares salary and benefits offer to prospective hires, in accordance to the instructions of the VP and/or the General Manager.

8. Supervises the general administrative staff comprise of the HR Assistants, Receptionist, Messenger, Driver and Janitor.

9. Fosters and promotes teamwork and a supportive working environment within the Human Resources Department.
