Job Details:
The Resiliency Consultant is tasked with creating and executing strategies to maintain the continuity of essential operations while reducing operational risks in alignment with BSP Circular 1203 and BSP regulations. This role involves conducting risk assessments, formulating emergency response plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements to strengthen business resilience and long-term sustainability.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in regulatory compliance, risk management, operational resilience, and BCMS implementation.
- Experience working with financial institutions and familiarity with BSP regulations.
- Specific experience with BSP Circular 1203.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting BIAs and developing BCPs from scratch.
- Experience in the practical implementation of regulatory requirements. Deep understanding of operational resilience principles and best practices.
- Expertise in BCMS standards, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery.
- Knowledge of relevant technologies and security measures.
- Expertise in risk assessment, testing, and training. Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical operational implementation.
Others:
- Certifications: Certifications related to business continuity management are highly desirable.
- Communication and Collaboration Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Strong collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external parties.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the specific challenges and risks faced by your organization. Project Management: Ability to manage complex projects, and meet deadlines.
