  • Drive network performance optimization and automation initiatives
  • Define NOC KPIs, policies, and ensure compliance with ITIL standards
  • Collaborate with IT leadership, vendors, and business stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years in network operations, with 5+ years in a senior/leadership role
  • experience managing IP/Ethernet & Transmission NOC Teams from Telecom industry
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG)
  • Experience with cloud/hybrid networks; ITIL certification preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Preferred: CCNP, ITIL, CISSP, PMP
