Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Vice President for Sales at Brittany Corporation located in Las Piñas. The role is allowance and commission-based, and is reporting to Vice President for Sales. The role involves accounts management, team management, marketing and selling high-end properties under Brittany Corporation.

Our Project Areas:

Leisure - Boracay, Palawan, Baguio and Tagaytay

Residential - Villar City, Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Sto. Tomas Batangas

Commercial - Villar City

Qualifications

  • Must have Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 years of experience in real estate and managing group of property specialists

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record and exceeding sales target
  • Previous experience in luxury real estate sales and international visas is a plus
