We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Account Manager to join our team. This position is open to fresh graduates with a degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client relationships, supporting project management initiatives, and helping with financial oversight, all while gaining hands-on experience in the retail sector.

Client Relationship Management

  • Manages day to day client relationships, meets with clients when needed, shadowing Account Managers
  • Provides timely and consistent communication to clients and account team on the status of projects

Project Management

  • Assists in various data research and analysis for establishing alternatives of brand identity in trade-level
  • When establishing and executing advertising strategies/store designs, provides assistance and presents ideas
  • Prepares Creative Job Order following client’s requirements and data analysis
  • Ensures account and project management are continually aligned and executed timely and accurately
  • Maintains regular communications with cross functional teams and clients
  • Observes vendor transparency, manages bidding processes and quarterly evaluation
  • Manages vendors implementation & improvement for the better services and understanding guides policy

Financial Management

  • Helps account manager to manage the Client’s budgets and work within target
  • Closes projects in a timely manner to limit open Purchase Orders
  • Supporting role for the budget controller within the account team
