  • Support sustainability teams by organizing and analyzing environmental data and by improving data management and knowledge sharing processes across regions.
  • Develop solutions to improve cross-country data management and knowledge sharing, ensuring teams have secure and efficient access to relevant information.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer Microsoft Office 365 accounts and licenses, ensuring proper access, configuration, and data privacy.
  • Maintain and continuously improve our internal SharePoint site and internal communication tools.
  • Coordinate and automate data flow between platforms such as Pipedrive, Microsoft 365, and Google Drive.
  • Set up secure systems for organized, automated data storage and recovery.
  • Collect and structure waste collection data from partner platforms to support sustainability reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system workflows with operational needs.
  • Ensure data is accessible, secure, and structured to support internal efficiency and external impact reporting.
  • Identify and resolve challenges in environmental data management and knowledge sharing across countries.
  • Provide day-to-day support and training on tools and workflows to internal users.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Degree or relevant certification in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Pipedrive) and cloud platforms (e.g., Google Workspace).
  • Working knowledge of automation and integration tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, Make).
  • Basic understanding of data protection, backup, and security principles.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams in a remote work environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
