About The Role

We’re on the lookout for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our client’s dynamic content team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, social-first content, and the fast-evolving digital media landscape. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling video content across Instagram and TikTok, helping to shape brand narratives that engage and convert.

Working closely with UK-based filmmakers, content creators, and clients, you'll bring ideas to life through polished edits, and attention-grabbing visuals tailored for social media. If you have a strong visual eye, a love for hospitality, food, and lifestyle content, and thrive in a fast-moving creative environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for social platforms and digital campaigns
  • Create short-form content and social media assets for Instagram and TikTok
  • Add music, sound effects, subtitles, graphics, and motion elements to enhance storytelling
  • Ensure brand consistency in style, tone, and visual identity across all content
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to understand briefs and deliver on strategy
  • Manage post-production timelines and maintain organized project files
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform specs, and editing best practices
  • Perform basic photo editing as needed

Must-Have

Competencies and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a video editor with a strong, relevant portfolio
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut
  • Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and social media content formats
  • Familiarity with content creation for Instagram Reels, TikTok
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to take feedback and direction effectively
  • Self-motivated and collaborative, with the ability to work remotely in a fast-paced team

  • Background in hospitality, food, or restaurant content
  • Basic animation or motion graphics skills
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and content style guides
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and branded content
