The Operations Manager - Apprentice is in charge of the overall management of the operations of the assigned line of business.

Operations Management:
- Ensure that any operational issue is resolved real time.
- Ensure that operational issues are escalated promptly.
- Ensure that the staffing is appropriate to cover the workload, this includes managing attendance, offline work, station assignments and allocation within the shift.
- Review forecasting and capacity planning is being updated when necessary and on a regular basis.
- Manage requisitions and hiring as needed.
- Implement Business Continuity Plan as needed, working with staff, stakeholders, and support sites and personnel.
- Ensure that the relevant KPIs and performance goals are achieved during daily operations, such as cost and efficiency, among others.
- Contribute to the improvement of operational management systems, processes
- Lead and participate in projects geared towards improving speed, quality and efficiency of service
- Ensure personnel is performing within the expected standards of monitoring/surveillance.
- Identify personnel performance challenges and work with personnel to improve/enhance their performance, skillset, and capability.
- Know and adhere to all current company policies, procedures, and protocols and any others that the company may introduce or revise from time to time.
- Ensure that regular coaching, succession planning and development plan are in place.
- Enforce compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Experience in conducting regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and providing constructive feedback.
- Experience in fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Experience in implementing changes and leading teams through transitions.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel, Outlook email, etc.
- Strong performance management skills. Track record of meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) for both individual and team performance. Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions to improve overall team performance. Knowledge of coaching, mentorship, performance evaluation and change management principles. Leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (presentation and report writing).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
