Monday to Friday, 11am to 3pm Tallahassee, FL, open for Filipino candidates.
The Collections Associate will work closely with the Associate Portfolio Manager and company
leadership to ensure that all invoices are appropriately handled. This person will also play a critical role
in collecting payments for invoices and ensuring that we know the status of all unpaid invoices.
Comfort and willingness to speak on the phone for extended periods of time is required. Knowledge of
the insurance industry, property restoration work, and construction fields are extremely helpful.

- Maintain clear and organized notes about the status of each invoice
- Some basic client communication may be necessary
