Job Description
- Coordinate supplies and inventory management for Shopee Xpress across all PH locations
- Responsible for managing, identifying and coordinating any services, purchases and/or other requirements from the Shopee Xpress team
- Work with the Shopee Procurement team to source, develop, evaluate, and forecast procurement requirements
- Oversee contract implementation and supplier performance/interaction
- Facilitate and lead strategic resource planning sessions with key internal stakeholders
- Develop, track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company
- Expect unfavourable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
- Support other procurement activities as directed by management
- At least 2 years working experience procurement, inventory management, client relation and negotiation.
- Preferably with relevant background in E-commerce, Retail, Logistics, Warehouse setting
- Graduate of BS degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field is preferred
- Skilled in supply planning and allocation
- Able to build strong working relations with hubs and coordinate all supply requests
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
- Experience in collecting and analysing data
- Willing to work on-site in Calamba, Laguna
