The Role

A Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible to support small to medium sized accounts that may or may not be directly assigned to a KAM. Senior . KAM will be expected to handle operational tasks, storefront maintenance and most of the internal cross functional tasks with: Content, Customer Service and/or Fulfillment if applicable.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support operational work for all types of accounts; to dedicate large accounts or support on up to three average-sized accounts.
  • Achieve / exceed all key sales measures or KPI based on NMV target achievement, brand feedback, collaboration with other team members and department.
  • Under supervision and support of KAM/Assistant Team Lead/ Head of eCommerce, he or she can work integrally with key internal and external team stakeholders to facilitate the process of developing, executing, and recapping successful commercial programs and activations on behalf of brand clients, including development of case studies.
  • Work in close partnership with Brand & Content/Graphics & Customer Engagement to ensure development & implementation of customer category strategy, content optimization, and best-in-class execution of processes.
  • Ensure that stores’ operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are being met / exceeded.

Who we look for - the ideal profile:

  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with business fundamentals, Retail account management experience
  • Minimum 4 years of eCommerce background preferably from a brand/platforms/enablers industry
  • Proactive self-starter who understands Intrepid vision & mission and can be the company’s best service ambassador
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills (empathy & flexibility)
  • Proficient in excel and powerpoint
