As an HR Supervisor at Genuino Ice Company Inc., you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing the company's human resources function. In this full-time position based in Cubao, Quezon City, you will oversee a range of HR processes and initiatives to ensure the organization's workforce is engaged, productive and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage the day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address HR-related issues and implement effective solutions
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and systems to enhance the employee experience and support the company's growth
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to the management team
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 3 years work-related experience, preferably in a manufacturing company
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Philippine Labor Laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HR information systems
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Management or a related field
