  • Minimum of 3 years work-related experience, preferably in a manufacturing company
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Philippine Labor Laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HR information systems
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Management or a related field

  • Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Friday 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
