We are looking for a driven and customer-focused individual to join the team as a Customer Success Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate product-related questions and ensuring a positive support experience. Accountabilities:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and technical questions through chat and email
  • Escalate complex or second-line support issues such as bugs or refund requests to the appropriate teams
  • Identify opportunities to upsell product features and schedule demos with interested customers
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team on pricing and payment-related inquiries
  • Work closely with the Product Team to share customer feedback and help prioritize feature requests
  • Maintain a positive tone in all communications while managing multiple customer cases efficiently


Requirements

  • Ability to work US time zone hours consistently
  • Native English speaker or fluent with exceptional written and spoken English skills
  • Strong confidence and clarity in both phone and written communications
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer queries under pressure
  • Comfortable with basic technical language and capable of explaining product features or troubleshooting steps
  • Experience with customer service tools like Intercom is a plus
