Job Purpose:

Support in the implementation, administration and delivery of relevant, quality and timely learning and development solutions focused on enhancing the skills of SM Supermalls employees. Must ensure that all programs are properly coordinated with the internal and external networks and shall be responsible in the overall activities and logistical requirements of the training programs such as communication cascade, portfolio, vendor and database management, training materials production, food and venue setup, and other administrative tasks to ensure that the organizational goals are met.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have a minimum of three years related experience in the field of Learning & Development or Training focusing on vendor management, logistics requirement coordination, content development, and facilitation
  • Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or any related field
  • Possesses Communication Skills, Analytical Thinking Skills, Planning and Organizational Skills
  • Candidate must be willing to be assigned in MOA Square, Pasay City
