Salary Range: $519.00 to $692.00 per month

In this fast-paced role, you'll ensure that facilities are fully staffed during crucial evening, night, and weekend hours—directly contributing to smooth operations and quality patient care.
What You'll Do:
- Review facility schedules daily to identify staffing gaps or overstaffing.
- Coordinate directly with agencies to fill open shifts and cancel unnecessary ones.
- Monitor and manage multiple staffing platforms, manually posting and updating shift needs when necessary.
- Conduct outbound communication (calls/chats) to facility staff asking them to take on available shifts when needed.
- Confirm filled shifts are accurately reflected on schedules and agency platforms.
- Assist with light Excel-based tracking and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams and use judgment to prioritize critical staffing issues.
Who You'll Work With:
Work closely with both internal scheduling teams and external agency partners to ensure smooth shift coverage and staffing compliance. You'll be part of a remote, collaborative team that keeps essential healthcare services running efficiently, especially during off-peak hours.
Who We're Looking For:
- Detail-Oriented: Must catch scheduling inconsistencies and ensure accuracy across platforms.
- Proactive Communicator: Reaching out to facilities to check in on scheduling needs and comfortable initiating chats and outbound phone calls to coordinate staffing solutions when needed.
- Organized: Able to manage multiple facilities' schedules and follow up consistently.
- Team Player: Works well with team members and facility contacts.
- Resilient: Open to high-call-volume days if necessary, especially during last-minute shift coverage needs.
- General work experience is required.
