Develop and implement pricing strategies to achieve the company’s sales and margin goals.

Develop strategic promotion strategies aligned with the company’s sales, inventory and margin goals.

Inventory Management

Keep inventory levels at high efficiency and healthy level, stock movement strategies, and designated merchandising programs in line with the overall merchandise portfolio.

Oversees merchandisers in managing stock position i.e., reorders, sales analysis, depletion of old, discontinued & slow-moving items.

Team Management

Lead the Merchandising team and oversee all Merchandising tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.

5+ years of experience of merchandising.

Strong sales analysis and forecasting skills

Knowledgeable in Inventory Management

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel
