About this Position As a Customer Master Data Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and quality of our customer master data in SAP, directly supporting our commitment to operational excellence. You will be part of a dynamic team that values continuous improvement and collaboration. Reporting to the Global/Regional Data Process Owners, you will work closely with various stakeholders to address data requests and improve processes. In this role, you’ll face the exciting challenge of managing data accuracy amidst a growing volume of requests while contributing to initiatives that uphold our ISO standards. By providing timely and precise data updates, you contribute directly to our mission of delivering superior service and value to our customers.

What You´ll Do

  • Ensure that customer master data is meeting the quality standard set by Global/Regional Process owners
  • Process requests received from the business partners for Customer Master Data creation or updates in SAP
  • Handle pricing master data requests from the database and updates in SAP directly or by mass upload
  • Timely and accurate submission of various SAP downloads for price and customer master information
  • Update files needed for monitoring such as master data tracker, utilization/productivity tool, attendance tracker, and regular documentation update
  • Perform process improvement, awareness, adherence, and compliance to business requirements related to ISO, Quality, and Continuous Improvement

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field; Preferably business-related
  • Preferably with at least one (1) year of related work experience in Customer Master Data or Master Data Management;
  • Experience in a Shared Service Center is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) is required; SAP experience is an advantage
  • Skills in VBA, Macro and Power BI are highly preferred; Experience in Lean Six Sigma (Continuous Improvement) an advantage
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English; must be a fast learner and have great attention to details
  • Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
