Knowledge/Skills required:

 Recruiting or sourcing experience in US Staffing Market

 Experience in US Staffing market with contract and Full-Time hiring experience.

 Experience with recruiting or sourcing for Financial/Insurance Domain

 Sourcing and Screening of varied roles ranging from Low to Mid, Mid to High and Executive roles across different organization / business units.

 Thorough knowledge of recruiting process from sourcing to recruiting for different employment types including W2, Corp-to-Corp, for U.S. Citizens, GC.

 Excellent oral and written communication skills, an ability to multitask, strong attention to detail and be able to work autonomously.

 Should be ready to work in nightshift.

 Individuals should have fair knowledge of ATS (Job Diva, Bullhorn, Success Factor, iCIMS etc.)

 Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight

timelines.

 Deep knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools.

 Creative thinker and Solution Oriented approach.

 Leadership Skills

Educational Qualifications:

 atleast 2yrs completed without failed or back subjects

Good to have skills:

 Experience with US Staffing experience

 Knowledge of Various ATS (Job Diva, Bullhorn, Success Factor, iCIMS etc.)

Typical Responsibilities:

 Source candidates using Internet-based sourcing techniques: job boards, search engines, social networking tools, university alumni sites, local organizations websites, discussion groups, and public and proprietary resume databases.

 Full life cycle recruiting experience - understanding the job order, sourcing and qualifying the right candidates, handling negotiations, and closing deals.

 Conduct professional assessment and verification for skills, experience, availability,

compensation, willingness to travel/relocate and overall suitability for the position.

 Prepare submittal documents for each shortlisted candidate and schedule interviews.

 Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

 Maintain daily and weekly client reports.

 Mentoring New Team Member about process.
