About the Role:

We’re hiring a Talent Sourcer / BDR to join our recruiting firm client. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both candidate sourcing and client prospecting. You’ll play a key part in helping the client fill roles while also growing the business through lead generation and outreach.

What You’ll Do

  • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and internal database
  • Conduct initial outreach to engage passive and active candidates
  • Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers
  • Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn and email to generate interest and set up intro calls
  • Work closely with the founders to refine outreach strategies and messaging

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in US talent sourcing
  • Interest in or willingness to do BDR (business development) work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked in a BDR role before
