Job Description:

Oversees the Import documentation and activities.

Control shipment scheduling for cost and efficient inbound and outbound expenditure.

Monitoring movement of products equipment material in and or out of the country in accordance with the organization policy and procedure and comply with relevant local and international law and processes.

Processing necessary documentation and online permit application for cost efficient, cost effective and lawful execution of all import activities

Coordinates and communicate with overseas, providers, customers, internal clients etc.

Perform job tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/ Management/ Administration or equivalent

In-depth knowledge in Import Freight Forwarding from customer service until delivery and invoicing

Experience in Cargowise

Organizational and time-management skills

Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Excellent customer service orientation

Strong familiarity with internet and MS Office applications

Amenable to work in rotating shifts, holidays and weekends

Others:
