Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to join our growing real estate team. This position will focus on marketing, transaction coordination, and providing critical operational support to ensure the team’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transaction Coordination: Handle real estate transaction paperwork, meet deadlines, and follow detailed checklists to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Client Interaction: Professionally communicate with clients via phone and email to address inquiries and provide updates.
• General Administrative Tasks: Support random daily tasks, maintain organization, and assist with other duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Basic graphic design skills; experience with Canva preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail following check lists and SOPs.
• Fast-paced work style with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a client-first approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle direct feedback.
• Experience in residential real estate in the United States for a minimum of 5 years.
