ISO Trainer

Business Assurance Academy

The ISO Trainer will be responsible for delivering ISO training programs to employees and contractors across the organization. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ISO standards and be able to effectively communicate these standards to others. The ISO Trainer will be responsible for developing training materials, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop ISO training materials, including presentations, training manuals, and e-learning modules.

Deliver ISO training sessions to employees and contractors across the organization.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Monitor and track employee training progress and provide regular reports to management.

Develop and maintain ISO training records and documentation.

Stay up-to-date with changes to ISO standards and update training materials accordingly

Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate and effective.

Provide coaching and mentoring to employees on ISO-related topics.

Assist with ISO certification audits and maintain compliance with ISO standards.

  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior and/or management from time-to-time.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality assurance.

Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering ISO training programs

Strong understanding of ISO standards and their application in an organizational context

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience with e-learning platforms and software

Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other relevant standards

Certification as an ISO Lead Auditor or equivalent is preferred.
