Key Responsibilities
- Identify, investigate, diagnose, and resolve network, database, system, and application issues in line with our application support procedures.
- Oversee cloud storage systems to ensure efficient and secure operations.
- Provide prompt incident response and recovery, ensuring all incidents are properly documented and logged using the ticketing system.
- Assist in preparing regular issue management reports.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate the development of application enhancements or fixes with stakeholders for improved performance.
- Support the creation and implementation of resilience and disaster recovery strategies.
- Strong experience with CI/CD platforms and tools.
- Proficiency or hands-on experience with the following:
- Microsoft Windows Server
- Java, API, SQL, Linux, MySQL
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Technologies such as AWS.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
- Awareness and understanding of security best practices.
- Experience with shell scripting.
- Exposure to containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
