Job Summary: The Client Relationship Supervisor is mainly responsible for managing the daily tasks associated with documents completion, loan processing, and loan take out.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Accounts Management in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of client information collection and document completion by the team.
  • Conduct a final check of documents in the loan application and loan take-out compliance folders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Accounts Management and co-team leads to improve department processes, aiming to provide better and faster services to clients and ensuring the success of loan applications.
  • Understand in detail the tasks of each team member to ensure the continuity of processes at all times.

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, accounting, or related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience working as an Account Specialist or a similar role; at least 2 years experience handling a team in a junior lead/supervisory role
    • Solid knowledge of loan application procedures and financial documentation.
    • Ability to handle confidential data in an ethical and professional manner.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Experience working with digital systems/SaAS.
    • Good computer skills.
    • Ability to work on multiple tasks at once.
    • Great organizational skills.
